How It Works

01 · week 1
Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute call — or a visit to our head office — to talk stones, settings, budget, and timeline.
02 · weeks 1–2
Design & quote
Sketches and a 3D render from our studio, with a fixed itemised quote — stone, gold, and making, line by line. Revisions included.
03 · weeks 2–6
Sourcing & making
We match or grow your stone, you approve its certificate, and our partner ateliers cast, set, and finish the piece.
04 · final week
Delivery
Insured, tracked express delivery worldwide in a premium gift box, with the IGI or GIA certificate inside and archived to your account.

Bespoke commissions start from HK$6,000 (~US$770) with a 50% deposit to begin. Fixed quotes, no surprises. Bespoke pieces are excluded from 7-day returns — we make sure it's right before it ships.
