The short version: shipping is free, insured, and tracked, worldwide. Your piece arrives in 8–14 calendar days in a premium gift box. Unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days.

Delivery timeline

Most pieces are made to order. From payment to your door takes 8–14 calendar days:

Production, quality check, and gift boxing

Insured express shipping, door to door

Pieces marked In Stock / Ready to Ship skip production and typically arrive within 3–8 days. You'll receive a dispatch email with live tracking the moment your order is on its way.

Shipping, insurance & signature

Every order ships free by tracked express courier (FedEx or DHL), fully insured until the moment it is signed for. A signature is required on delivery — jewelry is never left unattended. If you won't be home, you can redirect to a courier pickup point from the tracking link.

Duties & taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be collected on delivery under your local regulations. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. Orders delivered within Hong Kong incur no duties.

7-day easy returns

If a piece isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to start a return — for a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and in its original packaging, with the certificate and all documentation included. Email hello@evercarats.com with your order number and we'll arrange an insured collection — you won't pay return shipping for pieces that arrive damaged or not as described.

Excluded from returns: bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and resized rings — these are made uniquely for you, and we confirm every detail with you before they ship.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the piece passing our returns inspection.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging and the piece before anything else, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Every shipment is insured in full, so a damaged or lost piece is replaced or refunded — always.

EverCarats pieces are designed in Hong Kong. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched via our international fulfilment centre in India. Import duties or taxes may apply on delivery, per your country's regulations.
