EverCarats Limited ("EverCarats", "we") of Unit 1307, 13/F, Hart Avenue Plaza, 5–9 Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong is the data user responsible for personal data collected through evercarats.com, in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, and delivery address when you order or create an account; payment card details (handled entirely by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers); consultation booking details and any notes you share; order history and stored certificates; and basic analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, provide warranty and returns service, archive your diamond certificates, run booked consultations, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter. We never sell personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only what each party needs to do its job: payment processors (Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay) to take payment; our couriers (FedEx, DHL) and fulfilment partner to deliver your order; our booking and email service providers to run consultations and send transactional email. Because orders are fulfilled internationally, delivery details are transferred to our fulfilment centre and couriers outside Hong Kong, protected by contractual safeguards.

We use essential cookies for the shopping bag, sign-in, and currency preference, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's working. Optional cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and warranty obligations; certificates stay in your account for as long as you keep it; marketing preferences until you unsubscribe. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, at any time by writing to privacy@evercarats.com. We respond within 40 days as required by the PDPO.
