These terms govern purchases from evercarats.com, operated by EverCarats Limited, Unit 1307, 13/F, Hart Avenue Plaza, 5–9 Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. By placing an order you accept them.

1 · Products & certification

All EverCarats diamonds are laboratory-grown and are described as such throughout the site, on certificates, and on invoices. Stones above 0.30 ct carry an independent IGI or GIA grading report; the report number is laser-inscribed on the stone. Product images are accurate to the piece, but minor variation is inherent to handmade jewelry.

2 · Pricing & currency

Prices are set and shown in US dollars. The price at checkout is the price you pay; import duties or taxes levied by your country on delivery are additional and are your responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

3 · Orders & made-to-order pieces

Your order is accepted when we email confirmation. Most pieces are made to order with an estimated 8–14 calendar day delivery; estimates are made in good faith and we'll tell you promptly if production runs longer. Made-to-order production begins within 24 hours of confirmation — after that point, changes to size, metal, or engraving may no longer be possible.

4 · Bespoke commissions

Bespoke work is quoted individually and begins on payment of a 50% deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. The deposit is refundable until you approve the final design; after approval, production begins and the commission is non-cancellable and excluded from returns.

5 · Returns & warranty

Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Separately, every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects — loose settings, faulty clasps, plating flaws — repaired or replaced at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover wear, accidental damage, or work done by other jewellers.

6 · Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
